An exclusive process to reach long term stability

The glassfrit sealing process is well known for being the most efficient and durable. It is already widely used in industry, but until now has required temperatures in excess of 400°C, making it incompatible with DSSCs. Our exclusive automated process enables glassfrit sealing in a matter of seconds at temperatures of 80° to 120°C, ensuring not only a long term stability in any kind of environment, but also the recyclability of the device.
